At Burqe Wala, we take pride in delivering your modest fashion essentials — including abayas, hijabs, and accessories — with speed, care, and reliability across Pakistan and around the world.
Our delivery process is designed to provide you with a smooth and worry-free shopping experience from checkout to doorstep.


For Orders Within Pakistan

  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all readymade items within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

  • Free Nationwide Delivery: We proudly offer Free Delivery all over Pakistan — no minimum order required.

  • Shipping Days: Orders placed before 4:00 PM [PST] are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS notification with your order details and tracking link.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you’ve selected COD, please make payment to the courier rider before opening the package.


Payment Options for Local Orders

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan

  • Bank Transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash – Instant mobile payments

  • Online Prepaid Payments – Via Debit/Credit Card

All online transactions are securely processed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.


Delivery During Sales or Promotional Campaigns

During high-volume periods such as sales, holiday promotions, or special launches, delivery timelines may extend to 5–7 business days.
Please note:

  • Free Delivery offers may be temporarily unavailable during sale events.

  • Items purchased on sale or discounted prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


For International Orders

We ship modest fashion items to customers worldwide, with the same dedication and care.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery timelines vary by destination and courier.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties applicable in their country.

    • Burqe Wala is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.

    • Payment of duties is necessary for your package to be released by customs.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to regulatory limitations, we currently do not ship to India or Bangladesh.
