Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders
Valid Days of Exchange:
You can request an exchange within 7 days after your order has been delivered, as long as you have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice).
Proof of Purchase:
An order confirmation email or invoice copy will serve as valid proof of purchase.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
You may request an exchange if your article meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

The item is in its original condition with the invoice attached.

A valid reason for exchange is provided (e.g., wrong size, defect, or incorrect item).
For boxed items such as abayas or premium packaging, returns must include the original box or packaging.
Note: Actual product color or appearance may slightly vary due to lighting or screen display settings. Such variations do not qualify for exchange.
Process of Online Exchange
The online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days after verification.

If your item is defective or incorrect, Burqe Wala will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or design (and it meets our exchange criteria), you’ll need to send the parcel back to our head office address provided by our team.
Once we receive and verify the item, your replacement will be shipped promptly.

International Orders
Currently, Burqe Wala does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Important: Please take clear pictures of your parcel and invoice before opening your order and keep them until you confirm everything is received correctly. These photos help us resolve any complaints efficiently.
Return Policy
We currently do not offer a return policy (refunds for returned items).
However, if your order qualifies under our exchange terms, we will happily process an exchange.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided in cash.
Instead, customers receive a store credit coupon equal to the product’s value, valid for future purchases on our online store.
This coupon can be used immediately or saved for later — please review its details carefully upon issuance.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our standard exchange policy.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking ID for your reference.
